Neil Masterton is a design director of ARM Architecture in Melbourne. With a focus on urban design, retail design and cultural and performing arts centres, his portfolio includes the Southbank Cultural Precinct and Hamer Hall redevelopment, the Yarra Arts Cultural Precinct Development including MTC Theatre and Melbourne Recital Centre.
 Recent projects include a new Arts Facility Hub at the University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus, and the redevelopment of St. Collins Lane (previously Australia on Collins).
 Neil is a board member of Melbourne-based dance company BalletLab.
