RMIT Architecture graduate Jessica Chidester wins national 2014 AIA COLORBOND® STEEL STUDENT BIENNALE PRIZE

This award is the primary and most prestigious national Australian architectural student competition prize with entries submitted by students from all architecture schools in Australia across the past two years. The jury commented that Jessica’s proposal “celebrates the ways in which citizens wish to use the city, transforming industrial zones into fluid and democratic spaces designed for people.” Of the 10 shortlisted projects, 4 were from RMIT Architecture including: Bernadette Zajd, Alan Lau & Vivian Johnny.
