INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLING EXHIBITION New Trends of Architecture in Europe & Asia Pacific 2004-2005 RMIT Gallery, Storey Hall 9th August to 17th September 2005 Australian Curator and Advisor: Leon van Schaik, RMIT Innovation Professor of Architecture This biennial travelling exhibition seeks to create dynamic encounters between Europe, Asia and the Pacific architects and architectural cultures promoting an international exchange of innovative and diverse architectural ideas and practices, and public discourse on architecture with associated public events, symposia and workshops. The New Trends of Architecture Europe & Asia Pacific 2004-2005 exhibition presents the work and ideas of 10 European and 10 Asia-Pacific architects, selected by the Commissioners Mr. Dominique Perrault and Prof. Hiroshi Hara.
