ARCHITECTURE ELECTIVE BALLOTING

ELECTIVE POSTERS

Posters outlining the focus of each elective are available below in the form of an on-line booklet. There is one booklet and this is applicable to both Bachelors and Masters students. Students should read through these carefully before balloting for their preferences.

Click on the booklet to view it at full screen.

Please take your time, and submit your preferences carefully.
Double check to make sure you have filled in the form correctly.
Once you have submitted a ballot you cannot alter your preferences.

The Ballot Process

Balloting this semester will occur by PAPER BALLOT at the School.  This means coming in person and submitting a ballot form into the Elective ballot box on level 12, building 8, city campus.

Ballot forms for Electives will be available from 1pm Tuesday 21st Feb and students have until 12 midday the next day, Wednesday 22nd Feb to submit.   Anybody not balloting by this time will NOT be placed in an elective. Popular elective classes are always filled via this 24 hour ballot process.

Everyone MUST submit FOUR preferences. Ballot forms nominating less than 4, or listing the same elective more than once, will be deemed an invalid ballot.

Are you are enrolled in more than one elective course code?

Sometimes students are enrolled in more than one elective in any given semester.
Students must submit one ballot form for EACH enrolment
(ie. if you are enrolled in 2 electives, you submit 2 ballot forms).
